This Torte is made with Organic Fairtrade Coffee and my homemade Sea Salted Carmel! It has a blend of Organic White & Wholemeal Flour, Unrefined Fairtrade Sugar, Organic Eggs, Organic butter, Organic Cream Cheese and Cream.

Hazelnut Torte
The Hazelnut Torte is made with 90% ground Hazelnuts and 10% Organic Spelt Flour! It is moist and rich. The icing is a light Cream Cheese Vanilla Buttercream. Depending on what is available I can decorate with either Redcurrents, Blackberries, Raspberries or Blueberries. Other options include Hazelnuts & Cranberries or Hazelnuts & White Chocolate!
