I use my own recipes to create delicious sweet things suitable for a multitude of occasions and using the very best possible ingredients, all of which are organic with the exception of sugar which is fairtrade and mostly unrefined. i do however use Organic Coconut Sugar in some recipes! I use ‘If You Care’ baking products, which are completely chemical free. Furthermore, all my packaging is environmentally friendly.

I studied as a patisserie chef 9 years ago after I discovered my love for baking. My best-selling sea salted-caramel brownies are stocked at the Railway Tearooms, Big Bad Wolf Coffee and Estate Office Coffee in Streatham daily.
